1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Imagine Studio CT website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the above, do not use this service.
2. Use Restrictions
You may not use our services for any of the following purposes:
- Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
- Obscene or offensive content of a sexual, violent or otherwise objectionable nature
- Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue or communication within our platform
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Reproducing copyrighted material without proper authorization
3. Design Deliverables & Revisions
All design work is subject to the revision policy agreed upon at the time of project initiation. Standard projects include up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be charged at our standard revision rate. Clients have 7 days to request revisions after deliverables are provided.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment for design services, intellectual property rights for the final deliverables transfer to the client. However, Imagine Studio CT retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon invoice unless other terms have been agreed to in writing. A 50% deposit is required to initiate a project. The remaining 50% is due before final deliverables are provided. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as agreed.
6. Timeline & Project Management
Timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Projects may be delayed due to client feedback delays, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances. Imagine Studio CT will make reasonable efforts to meet deadlines, but is not liable for delays beyond our control.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information for projects
- Promptly reviewing deliverables and providing timely feedback
- Obtaining necessary approvals and permissions for client-provided content
- Ensuring all provided materials do not infringe on third-party rights
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Projects must be cancelled in writing. If a project is cancelled after work has begun, clients are responsible for payment of all work completed to the cancellation date. Cancelled projects are non-refundable after design work has commenced. A full refund is available if cancellation occurs within 3 days of project initiation.
9. Confidentiality
Both Imagine Studio CT and the client agree to maintain confidentiality regarding project details, strategies, and any non-public information shared during the project. This obligation continues for 2 years after project completion.
10. Limitation of Liability
Imagine Studio CT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project in question.
11. Third-Party Content & Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Imagine Studio CT is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external websites. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their terms and conditions.
12. Website Disclaimer
All content on our website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Imagine Studio CT makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or functionality of the website or services.
13. Modification of Terms
Imagine Studio CT reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
